Om

I am looking into combining my Meditation Mantra with the Om Mantra and Kundalini Meditation.

Above is the Sanskrit symbol Om. Sanskrit is an ancient written language of India. A religous Mantra.

The whole symbol is the universe. God.

1) The dot on top is the conscious that collects other consciousness. It is called Turiya.

2) The three connected lines on the bottom are three variables. Consciousness, Dreaming and Unconsciousness. In order, these are called: Swapna, Jagrata, and Sushupti.

3) The curled line separating (1) and (2) is materialism. An illusion of living. This is called Maya.
