My Meditation Mantra

Mindfulness

The body has several senses.

I think a calm mind is the third eye.

A calm mind interprets all senses by combination.

One interpretation can be the role in the present moment.

A good karma role opens the heart.

A calm mind does nor disturb the heart.

Fulfilling my needs is what calms my mind.

Breathing is a need.

Living my mantra is a need.

When I meditate I follow my breath and think my mantra.

Focusing on these needs seems to give me insight into what I need to do.

Focusing on these needs seems to give me insight into what a calm mind is.

Focusing on these needs seems to give me insight into what calm I have.

Focusing on these needs seems to give me insight into what good karma is.

Focusing on these needs seems to give me insight into what good karma I have.

Food, Drink, Shelter, and Health Care are also needs.

BEING SOCIAL IS OFTEN a NEED.

I found the term Mantra in Vedanta . Especially Om .

Mantra

My mantra is "Be Fair". VERILY.

Fair is good karma. SOCIALLY.

A fair is a fun event. FRIENDLY.

Fair is beauty. PLEASANTRY.

To fair is to accomplish. MASTERY. Reaching good karma.

The opposite of fair is fool. The roots of FOOLERY are abstract.

HUMILITY is the only MASTERY left to grasp the abstract.

Once the abstract is grasped there is EQUALITY among those PARTIALLY involved. Equal consideration like the Constitution of The United States of America.

Abstract fun is quaint. Acquaintance. HONESTY.

Abstract beauty is ARTISTRY.

Abstract accomplishment is FANTASY.

Some more on Determinism

GODLY is ETERNALLY determinism.

I see the HEAVENLY path being based on God's fair consideration.

Being a Pantheist I see everything but God as only PARTIALLY Godly.
